Job Summary:

As a Counselor, you'll assist individuals in improving daily functioning through personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitate group counseling, and promote recovery. Enjoy a fulfilling career helping others.

Key Responsibilities:· Conduct intake/screening/assessments within designated timeframes.
· Develop personalized treatment plans adhering to state regulatory/CARF guidelines.
· Facilitate group counseling, education, family conferences, and individual sessions.
· Document services provided, adhering to state regulatory/CARF/agency standards.
· Participate in clinical staffing/treatment team meetings.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:Missouri:
Hold Qualified Addiction Professional credentials (MCB)· Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC)
· Certified Reciprocal Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRADC)
· Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRAADC)
· Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADC)
· Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP)
· Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist

Required License/Certification:· Valid Driver's License
· First Aid certification
· CPR certificationAdditional Qualifications:· Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
· Comfortable providing telehealth services
· Successful completion of background check
· Completion of New Hire Orientation, Relias Learning, and Behavioral Management training
