The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
Safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of all drop and count processes.
Prepare the monthly drop schedule for submission to KRGC and coordinate drop routes and changes with relevant departments.
Supervise count room schedules and ensure all team members follow procedures and timelines.
Oversee the operation and daily maintenance of currency counting equipment; report issues and assist in improvements.
Act as lead and provide guidance to the Count Room team in the absence of the Count Room Shift Manager.
Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide daily feedback to promote performance and team morale.
Utilize progressive discipline and counseling as needed in accordance with company policy.
Maintain and post employee payroll and timekeeping records.
Perform count duties and ensure timely and accurate completion of daily processes.
Clean and maintain count room equipment and areas; perform inventory checks and order supplies.
Maintain professional appearance both in and outside the count room.
Adhere to all bargaining unit agreements, department protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Perform all job duties in a safe, secure, and responsible manner.
Perform other job-related and compatible duties as assigned.

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior count room and/or supervisory experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to speak confidently before individuals and small groups
Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and manuals.
Strong verbal and written English communication required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Proficiency in counting currency and chips, with basic computer and calculator skills.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to follow verbal, written, and diagram instructions.
Ability to resolve problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized settings.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust be able to qualify for all licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTRegularly required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands to handle objects and tools.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and work in tight spaces.
Exposed to high noise levels and secondhand tobacco smoke.
