THE JOB: 

As a Counter Attendant, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $14.8813 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu

Take and place order, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests

Pack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condiments

Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment

Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization

Stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed

Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent

Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Awareness card

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds

Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Two (2) years of experience as a food handler

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
