In this role you will get to provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team + Provide technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA’s Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate + Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 7+ years of experience + Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance + Expertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, and object classification + Expertise in electronic protection + Systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules + Experience in Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis and mitigation development + Experience with Electronic attack/protection simulation modeling development to support analysis and requirements development + Experience in developing technology maturation plans to transfer potential technologies to program offices ​ **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Active Top Secret/SCI clearance + Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes + Knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals to include radar limitations + Knowledge of Electro-Optics fundamentals + Knowledge of radar hardware and design **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
