Local Plumbing/HVAC Wholesaler is in need of  a counter sales associate for their Harrisburg PA branch. Looking for candidates with some type of knowledge in plumbing/Hvac field to help customers with their needs. 

Job Title – Counter Sales Associate 

Pay Rate – $19.00/hour

Location:  Harrisburg PA 17111         

Shift: 7:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Overtime: yes could potentially be working OT

3 most important things client needs this person to have-BILLINGUAL ideal but not required, customer service skills, some type of knowledge in plumbing or HVAC

Our counter sales associates are among our most important assets as they serve an important role in building productive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to our customers Assist our customers in person or on the phone with their plumbing project needs Processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up and problem solving Help build relationships with our customers

Qualifications:

A sound understanding of the plumbing and heating field Great communication and customer care skills Must possess basic computer skills with an attention to detail A willingness to learn about new products and services Local market knowledge and experience is a plus!
