Counterintelligence Administrative Specialist
Job Descriptions: Position Title: Counterintelligence Administrative Specialist Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI Reports to: Client and Program Manager Advantage SCI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Counterintelligence Administration Specialist to be considered for an exciting employment opportunity. They will provide Counterintelligence (CI) Administrative, Identity and Signature Reduction Database Management support to our government contract with a DOD customer. Unclassified duties below: • Support customer’s OPSEC/ Identity Management (IDM) and Signature Reduction (SIGREDUX) Management efforts, protecting protect Critical Information as defined in unit CI, Intelligence Oversight, OPSEC guidance and security classification guides. · Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products and may serve as a liaison, which coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts · Process, track accountability and inventory of sensitive documents and operational items. · Provide administrative and security support for a wide variety of CI operational and administrative tasks. · Prepare, formulate, coordinate, and staff a wide variety of correspondence supporting signature reduction. · Learn and become intimately familiar with the organization and able to explain in detail relevant factors regarding unit mission, activities and capabilities. · Provide advice and assistance to develop signature reduction and identity management concepts and procedures. Interface with the Intelligence Community (IC), when directed by the Government. · Required to research build, staff, and present information and decision briefs. · Provide scheduled and unscheduled Due Diligence reviews of various operational functions and conduct coordination with various governmental IC agencies to facilitate mission preparation. • Provide advice and assistance to develop signature reduction and identity management concepts and procedures. · May be required to drive to other locations in the NCR area. Required Experience: • Shall possess and maintain a current Top Secret/SCI clearance. No exceptions! • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a High School diploma. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must possess four (4) years’ experience in government or industry CI Analysis or related security field as it relates to DoD 5105 series of publications and various implementing instructions • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various databases • Must possess excellent attention to detail and written and oral communications skills. Working Conditions: · Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. · Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. · Able to walk stairs regularly and distances between facilities. · Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. · Noise level: Low to moderate Keyword: counterintelligence From: Advantage SCI
