Responsibilities:

Establish the vision and service delivery strategy, aligning with EXL objectives and areas of interestsProvide directional leadership to the service delivery team, and leverages on expertise within the broader organization, to achieve exceptional outcome, thereby exceeding key performance indicatorsProactively solicits inputs and responds to feedback from clientEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and gains their trust and respectBuilds and Manages High Performing Teams Establish actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progressAdvances the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e. hiring, rotation and promotionProvides point-in-time coaching to elevate performanceEnsures continuity of vendor partners’ operation by building trust and confidence, including process repeatability to ensure financial health.Brings to the organization any leading practices and/or innovations developed on the account to the firmAchieve Service Level Agreement Targets

Job Qualifications:

>15 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experienceMBA or similar post-graduate studies is preferredStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports
