GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Own brand strategy for market. Define and Drive Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands, ensuring revenue and profitability targets in country. This role will deliver flawless execution of marketing plans for the private sector whilst creating sustainable value.
RESPONSABILITIES – CORE COMPONENTS
Own brand strategy and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for a brand
Develop country Op Plan and long-range forecasting; influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations and track progress towards target
Allocate and execute in country brand budget
Cross-functional brand leadership – across field force, account management, medical, legal, compliance and access
Collaborates on an ongoing basis with the regional structure: RTAL, PML, and cross functional partners
Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical and Public Affairs & Policy
Support acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multi-channel marketing
Own the forecast elaboration and follow up to guarantee an adequate supply management of the portfolio with demand planning and S&OP
Capabilities & Qualifications
Fluency in Business English (advanced levels only)
Bachelor’s Degree
+3 years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or relevant function, vaccines experience is preferred
Data Analysis, Interpretation and Communication to develop customer insights and action plans.
Planning, execution & controlling of budgets & forecasts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills, able to interact with variety of key stakeholders across Pfizer, influencing without authority and holds people accountable
