Siemens has an exciting opportunity for a Country Business Unit Manager to lead our Electrical Products portfolio based Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. This role will be responsible for leading the growth and success of the Electrical Products portfolio, including sales activities and channel partner relationships across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful applicant will be required to deliver the Electrical Products business strategy in terms of local developments, alignment to global strategy, business planning, establishing and leading a culture of excellence within the business unit and ensure alignment of and adherence to practices and activities with local legislation and global guidelines and processes. We have growth ambitions for this portfolio, and you will have a mandate to develop and execute innovative growth strategies and foster customer networks and channel partner relationships.
This is a key leadership role within the wider Siemens Smart Infrastructure business, and demands a leader who has a positive, energetic, motivational and collaborative attitude. You will lead a culture of ownership, with our people and the customer at the core.
As an experienced and respected leader within the Australian marketplace it is expected that you will have local knowledge, existing networks in the Electrical Products industry sector, and ideally a tertiary degree in a technical, management and/or a commerce discipline. You will be able to demonstrate sales management, business development, operational experience management, whilst leading and motivating people – both within the organisation and through Partners.
