Country Call Center Operator
Position & Grade CRE (English & Hindi (Mandatory) + Punjabi / Gujarati (Core) Experience Required At least 2 years + with 1 year minimum in Outbound Location Gurgaon Reporting to Team Leader 

 

Job Purpose:

Calling fresh leads & follow up clients and make sure the desired number of visits of the client to our clinic with complete coordination with clinical or field team on daily/ weekly & Monthly basis. 

Job Specification:

Daily calling on Dialer and Manual & predictive calling which will be around 150dialed minimum & 80 connected minimum in a day. Make calls to clients both Fresh and Follow ups to convince them for hearing check-up & hearing aid trial with accurate, valid and complete information. Daily and timely reporting. Maintaining client information in excel and CRM. Daily coordination with our clinical and field team to ensure the work is completed on time. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing result by achieving Daily/Monthly target. Targets keeps on varying month on month. 

 

Job Qualifications: 
Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelors, 

Work Experience of min. 2 years in the same field of Tele sales (Inbound + Out bound) with minimum 1 year of Outbound. 

Skill Set Requirements:

Persuasive Speaking Skills, Tone/Pitch should be polite.  Patience & Effective Listening Ability  Phone Skills / Etiquettes, Attentiveness  Be Empathetic. Willingness to understand and resolving or addressing customers queries (problem solving skills),  Sales Oriented with a focus on Customer Service   Should not sound overly aggressive while speaking.
