Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and directing the sales of products and services within the defined country. Develops and implements business strategies and action plans. Provides, and updates sales forecasts on monthly basis for all products and channels. Leads, manages, and directs sales teams’ objectives to drive profitable business growth.
Essential Functions:
Provide strategic vision and strong leadership to the country.
Create and update at least annually the country Business Plan, which will include prioritized target segments; timelines; financial goals and requirements; personnel strategy; and legal and regulatory requirements.
Elaborate Market Introduction Plans (MIPs) and launch new products
Deliver on Top-Line and Bottom-Line targets – P&L management
Build strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers to ensure long-term competitiveness and market leadership;
Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables.
Implement organizational infrastructure required to achieve the goals of country
Responsible to identify and fulfil all legal and regulatory requirements necessary to carry out company’s business.
Optimize asset management and meet set turn targets
As member of EMEA management team, work with other executives in all strategic activities required for Globus Medical to achieve its business objectives.
Ensure all business activities are compliant and in line with the company quality guidelines
Uphold the Company Mission, business vision, values, principles and ethics of Globus Medical in the country
Ensure all team members get regular sales, selling skills, compliance and other statutory trainings/certifications
Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:
Proven management skills
Ability to comprehend and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while implementing key corporate strategies specific to the spine market.
Diligent follow up skills and attention to detail.
Sense of urgency and proactive individual.
Strong Communicator, able to instil positive, can-do attitude in team.
Knowledgeable of the overall global market. Experience in an International Sales environment
Ability to travel up to 75%
10+ years of industry experience. 6+ years of supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree required. Masters/MBA strongly preferred.
General Management, Business Acumen in the spinal & medical device industry, Key Opinion Leader management, and Financial Acumen.
