Reporting into the France Consumer & Distribution Sales Leader, The Field Staff Manager (FSM) is responsible for the business performance across Retail and Telco Apple channels whilst upholding the highest standards of customer experience. You will lead a team of Apple Channel Store Advisors who will be delivering business results in their stores. This includes ensuring that the Apple and virtual teams are selling the complete Apple product solutions to all prospective and current customers, ensuring that merchandising standards are met and maintained, achieving sales targets and eco system attach rates and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. As the most senior Apple representative on the field, you are in charge of the business relationship with the senior management of our partners in region to ensure Apple strategy is well implemented including driving sales engagement e.g. through AEP (Apple Excellence Program). It is thus expected you have a strong business insight, commercial drive and extraordinary interpersonal and influencing skills. As a natural leader, you will mainly take care of the large retail and telco partners. You will influence the team and the partner to drive sales opportunities and elevate customer experience the Apple way, where the customer is surprised and delighted in every interaction with Apple products and services.
