The Country General Manager, CHEP Mexico will provide visionary leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation within the CHEP Mexico business. Responsible for full P&L management of potential growth scope of a ~$500M USD revenue business, this leader will set the strategic direction, optimize asset efficiency, and champion a high-performance culture. Reporting to the President, LATAM, the CGM will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business, executing transformation initiatives, and delivering market-leading customer and employee experiences.
As a key member of the CHEP Latin America Leadership Team, the CGM will influence regional strategy, drive enterprise-wide alignment, and represent CHEP Mexico to internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance business performance and market leadership.
