The successful candidate will be a recognised leader with extensive experience in the consulting sector, ideally 20 years. They will also demonstrate robust commercial and business acumen paired with an inclusive and proactive leadership style. Such qualities are essential to ensure outstanding delivery outcomes for our clients, enhance the Stantec brand, and contribute positively to our business objectives. Additionally, this leadership role necessitates a high level of connectivity within the industry. You will actively represent Stantec at forums and industry events, and foster executive-level relationships with both government and private clients. Moreover, the successful candidate will be pivotal in the overarching leadership of Stantec’s ANZ business. They will represent New Zealand in the Executive Leadership team and collaborate closely with other leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
