Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for overall Allianz Trade operations in Indonesia

Develop and execute annual and long term business plan and budget for Indonesia

Lead local business development activities with key business partners eg brokers, fronters and banks

Represent and promote the trade credit insurance business in Indonesia and generate business opportunities into growth and profitability.

Maintain effective and productive relationships with key external (e.g. regulator and  industry bodies) and internal (e.g. Regional office / other business units in Allianz) stakeholders

Demonstrates leadership qualitieås by effectively managing, engaging, and developing the local sales and risk team to resolve challenges

Ability to resolve issues through collaborative problem solving.

 

  Job Requirements :

Solid experience in B2B sales and marketing from financial services industries. Direct experience in trade credit insurance a plus.

Strong track record of building sustainable and profitable business through managing a sales team.

Ability to build extensive local network.

Strategic insights of country and industry knowledge

Strong communication and influencing skills
