Job Description

Innovation: Developing and executing innovative market strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance Traveloka’s market leadership in Australia.
 Customer Focus: Leading a diverse team across operations, sales, marketing, and customer service to deliver exceptional service and value to our users.
 Integrity: Collaborating closely with global and regional stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives with Traveloka’s mission and values.
 Excellence: Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks, and adapting strategies to maintain excellence in performance.
 Teamwork: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, including airlines, hotels, government bodies, and local communities, fostering a collaborative ecosystem.
 Accountability: Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies while managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior management role with at least 10 years of experience in the travel or technology industry.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving business results.Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage budgets, financial plans, and oversee P&L responsibilities.Fluency in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
