Your Role:
Continuously monitor the performance of the websites, ensuring they are always up-to-date and optimized for a high-quality user experience
Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring compliance with established agreements and identifying optimization opportunities.
Conduct market studies and comparisons of the competition to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop a comprehensive country-specific market strategy, focusing on positioning and growth.
Periodical audits for different departments, suggesting improvements to optimize performance.
Conduct localization training sessions with various departments, aiming for maximum local adaptation to the markets in which we operate.
Discover new ways to promote our casino and sports products in the market
Previous experience in management or developing a market, in the iGaming industry.
Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
In-depth knowledge of the markets in question, preferably with direct experience in the region.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Fluency in Russian and English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
