We will count on you to: 

Craft and execute dynamic, country-specific marketing plans that elevate brand awareness and drive demand generation, perfectly aligned with the country’s strategic priorities and goals.Innovate and lead integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including direct mail, email, online platforms, digital/social media, and both online/offline events, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey.Collaborate with regional marketing and communications teams to create compelling, consistent content that adheres to corporate brand guidelines and regulatory standards, enhancing the overall brand narrative.Drive local PR and media relations efforts, from drafting captivating press releases to securing high-profile media interviews and organizing influential media briefings, amplifying the brand’s presence.Design and deliver engaging client-facing events, such as webinars, seminars, roadshows, and sponsorships, creating memorable brand experiences that resonate with clients and stakeholders.

What you need to have:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketingProven experience in PR and media relations, conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email, digital, social, online and offline events, and production/localization of marketing content.Knowledge and experience including SEM, SEO, ad buys.

Masterful communication skills that captivate and clarify, ensuring messages are both engaging and effectively delivered.Strong business acumen and a good understanding of how local marketing can positively impact the country’s P/LIndustry background in financial services, professional services or insurance is an added advantage, and experience working in a marketing agency would be a plus.
