Country Product Manager As a Country Product Manager, you will be part of something special. What you will do each day matters, as we believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place. Our students travel to another country to live its daily life and experience its culture from the inside — not as a tourist, but as a local. Though the exchange experience only lasts a year, the extended families we create last forever.   As a Country Product Manager, you will have complete ownership of all other relevant business KPIs related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation. The role includes full ownership of direct sales in the country and to reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.  Are you an ambitious and positive person who wants to make a difference with your work? Free use of the gym in our Zurich office What will you be doing? Develop a strategy. Achieve goals. Lead a team. Realise dreams. Responsibility for the ‘EF High School Exchange Year’ programme in the German-speaking Swiss market: strategy development and implementation to achieve sales and growth targets (weekly, monthly, annually) Recruitment, management, coaching and development of three employees in Zurich Budget planning and independent management to achieve annual targets. Managing the entire customer lifecycle and providing excellent customer service and support before and after the sale Increase brand awareness and generate leads through targeted marketing activities - social media, trade shows, school visits, partnerships, etc. Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met Who are you? Analytical and solution-orientated thinking combined with a structured and efficient way of working. Experience with a track record in sales and/or business development as well as strong leadership skills that you can demonstrate. Business fluent in German and very good knowledge of English.
