COUNTRY PRODUCT MANAGER

In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind achieving our country's goals, making it the most sought-after position within our Sales career path. As the full owner of your product, you will bear the responsibility for driving growth and success in Chile.
As leader of the sales team, your top priority will be to drive sales and grow market share through telemarketing and personal consultations. In addition, you will lead the recruiting, coaching, and developing of your team. You have the full ownership of your program in the Chilean market, but you operate in a truly international environment among a young and dynamic team gaining unparalleled exposure, shaping the future of education and making a lasting impact on student´s lives.
As part of the management team, you will play a key role in defining the success of the country.
Your main responsibilities are:
Sales
· Drive sales of our education programs
· Sales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow-up
· Recruit, train, sales coaching, performance management
· Develop, execute, and meet short and long-term sales goals
· Understand and beat previous year’s sales targets
Marketing
· Execution of online and offline campaigns and large events e.g., student fairs and competitions
· Business development with companies, schools, and universities
· Overlooking of the creation and production of marketing material
Strategy
· Analysis of your sales situation, the current market, and our competitors
· Develop and own program budget, incl., pricing and discount policy, marketing and sales strategy, distribution and activity plans
· Execute & evaluate sales and marketing strategies
· Hire, develop and retain future leaders
Operations
· Drive customer relationship management and retention program
· Crisis management and complaint handling
· Cooperation with our production units across the world
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of sales experience and minimum 5 years of working experience for a reputable company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector or leading retail/FMCG company
· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration, hospitality industry or a related discipline
· Experience of managing a team while being hands-on
· Experience desired in lead generation and execution of marketing plans
· Fluency in both written and spoken local language and English
