Leads and co-ordinates the transference of Health, Safety & Enviroment (HSE) knowledge and competencies into operational management and providing high level strategic support and advice to senior management on how to roll out and perform day to day HSE activities. Delegates to the business to own and drive injury prevention including but not limited to continuous review and improvement of the HSE management system, including reviewing & updating of policies, procedures which management and employees is done and embedded.

Support the strategic implementation of Global programs and initiatives like BBS, policies, standardisation of safety standards/processes to continuously develop our safety culture across the workforce to accept responsibility to act and work in a manner conducive to their own safety and that of their co-workers.  Safety is Everyones Responsibility. Also ensuring the effective and continual development of BCM management. 

Conduct site audits and inspections, risk assessments, corporate inductions, BCM, BBS and safety related training, as well as assist with Early Intervention processes, injury prevention prevention initiatives and oversee with HR Teams safety or claims related tasks as required. HSE resources will ensure all policies, procedures, safety bulletins, inspection checkslists, GEMBA checks, Safety Folders, Training Matrix and Safety Engagement Plans are actively updated and maintained by management and supervisors in the operations. HSE become the guardians of the HSE management system to ensure it is part of the day to day management activities. Supports APAC standardisation of HSE in your country. 

>5 Years experience in HSE and/ or BCM
>Minimum 3 years within SUPPLY CHAIN, LOGISTICS or TRANSPORTATION field. 
Professional competence in the Safety and BCM function
>Experience of working in multiple geographies is essential for this role
>Can facilitate the transference of HSE knowledge into site management so site management can lead day to day safety activities
>Tertiary qualification in occupational HSE/ health sciences / engineering / sport science
>Strong analytical skills and experience of managing budgets are required
