Your role:
Head of Ecuador:
• Country Heads leads the local organization.
• Relationship with scientific and gov. organizations.
• Developing new businesses.
• Establishing and running Key Account Management.
• Country Heads are Healthineers representatives (internally & externally).
• Drive relationship with key healthcare stakeholders and decision makers in the Country.
• Drive people and leadership development together with other part of the organization to
support future business requirements.
• Represent the company in the market and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and government bodies.
Sales and Team Management:
Manage and develop the sales team and business in the assigned territory. Oversee and enhance the performance of the internal sales force to achieve business goals. Transition client relationships from transactional to strategic and maintain long-term partnerships for sustainable growth. Implement and align sales strategies with business areas, monitor performance through KPIs, and ensure CRM targets are met. Lead the search for new clients and drive market growth, identifying and developing new business opportunities. Develop sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting, and ensure targets and guidelines are met. Strengthen the company’s brand and thought leadership, while driving leadership development within the team. Lead the implementation of sales governance for the business areas in the assigned territory.Your Qualities and Experiences:
Professional degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.10+ years of experience managing high-performance sales teams with knowledge of public and private sectors. Experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector market. Strong negotiation, Strategic thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills, with experience in mentoring or coaching. Focus on sales management in imaging equipment (deseado) Knowledge of the Ecuadorian market (deseado) Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and refine sales skills within the team. Ability to drive business results. Advanced English proficiency.Who we are:
