Job Description

Who You’ll Work With:

The Country Manager – India will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships for the company’s networking solutions within India. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead sales, operations, and business development efforts.


What You’ll Do:
1. Sales & Business Growth

Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Indian & SAARC market.Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for enterprise, service provider, and government segments.Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding market share across verticals.Build and maintain C-level relationships with customers and partners.

2. Channel & Partner Ecosystem Management

Develop and manage channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive sales.Implement partner enablement programs to strengthen reseller capabilities.Ensure effective deal registration, pricing strategies, and partner incentives to enhance market penetration.

3. Market Expansion & Strategy

Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth areas.Drive local marketing campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives to enhance brand presence.Work closely with global teams to align product positioning and messaging for the Indian market.

4. Leadership & Team Development

Build and lead a high-performing sales and operations team.Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for regional teams.Foster a customer-first and results-driven culture within the organization.

5. Operations & Compliance

Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to local business laws.Oversee operational functions, including logistics, finance, and customer support.Optimize pricing, margin structures, and deal execution for long-term growth.

Qualifications

1. Experience & Industry Knowledge

✔ 15+ years of experience in networking, telecom, or IT infrastructure industry.
✔ Proven track record in sales leadership and P&L management for a technology vendor.

✔ Strong relationships & connect with C-level customer execs, partners & industry leaders in the assigned region
✔ Strong understanding of cloud networking, data center solutions, enterprise networking, security, SD-WAN & Observability products/solutions.

2. Sales & Business Acumen

✔ Experience in managing multi-million-dollar revenue targets & GTM
✔ Strong customer and partner engagement skills at an executive level.
✔ Ability to drive complex sales cycles, including large enterprise and government deals.

3. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

✔ Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
✔ Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive strategic partnerships.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

4. Regional Market Expertise

✔ Deep knowledge of India’s IT and networking market trends, competition, and regulatory environment.
✔ Established industry relationships with key stakeholders, service providers, and enterprises.

⭐ MBA or equivalent business/technology degree.
⭐ Experience working with global teams and driving localization strategies.
⭐ Knowledge of 5G, AI-driven networking, and emerging technologies in the networking space.
