What you will do:

Own Recruitment Delivery: Lead the end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring your team attracts, interviews, and hires top talent efficiently and effectively.

Inspire & Lead Your Team: Mentor a high-performing team of TA Partners, guiding them toward excellence while promoting a culture of learning and adaptability.

Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives that embed DE&I into every aspect of the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Collaborate Strategically: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and coach your team to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.

Optimize with Data: Leverage analytics and insights to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure data integrity in systems and tools.

Drive Change Management: Lead the implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices across your region, acting as a champion of change.

Ensure Compliance: Guarantee all hiring practices align with regional labor laws, GDPR, and internal company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards.

What you will bring:

Experience: Proven experience managing international recruitment teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. A track record of driving team performance using data, KPIs, and analytics. Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment technologies.

Skills: Expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external partners. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

Personal Attributes: A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute efficiently through others. A passion for developing teams and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into hiring practices. High adaptability with strong results orientation, creativity, and resilience.
 

Our assessment process:

This recruitment process includes one initial phone screen, followed by two behavioral interviews and a case where we will assess the skills and behaviors we are seeking in our Country Talent Acquisition Managers. The successful candidates will receive an offer to join our team after completed the full assessment process.
