Your Key Responsibilities Collaboration & coordination in the global rollout of "Coupa" procurement platform Responsibility for the Functional Design in the Coupa Global Rollout Technical coordination of the regional rollout team and interface to the process owners with the German HQ Responsibility for ensuring & preparing the respective go-lives Collaboration in the project teams, especially with functionally adjacent areas in Purchasing & IT Support in change management with the regional buyers Execution of training, follow-up of the change process, ensuring operational support for the respective country/region Consolidates requirements and develops digitalization concepts, consults regarding the functional digital transformation and works as business participant in IT and digitalization projects for the organizational area assigned. Develop business cases and concepts in cooperation with the business or function, initiate projects and monitor the realization from functional perspective. Define business requirements and set priorities in alignment with business or functional stakeholders Your Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, (Statistics and Modeling) and/or SW Engineering 3 to 5 years proven experience Advanced English skills, German desirable Knowledge on Coupa platform  Basic knowledge in Purchasing processes SAP R3 & S/4 HANA knowledge desirable Strong communication & moderation skills
