Live In Couples Job - Nr Clitheroe, Lancashire - Separate 1 bed accommodation - £70,000+ GPA

Our client is looking for an experienced Couple to take on a role looking after a large family home near Clitheroe, Lancashire.  The property is classic and modern in style so needs someone who is able to look after fine fabrics and finishes and who has a keen eye for detail.

The family have school aged children and dogs.  Gardening, cleaning and childcare staff are also employed.

Duties will include:

Housekeeper

Hands on cleaning Laundry Ironing Overseeing cleaners Some occasional family cooking Shopping Running errands Household administration Meeting and greeting guests and serving tea and coffee Wardrobe management Keeping a household inventory (lightbulbs etc)

Houseman / Handyman / Driver / (Gardener)

Household security Managing plant room Managing servicing Property maintenance DIY, painting and decorating Driving (including evenings) Looking after the household vehicles Helping the Gardeners if needed Clearing ice / snow in the winter Bringing in logs for fires / laying fires Wine cellar management

This will be a full-time role, working mainly Monday to Friday with some flexibility needed on evenings and weekends

Separate one bed accommodation is provided next to the main house - all utility bills covered by the employer
