Mercantile Bank is seeking an organized, timely, and service-oriented On-Call Courier to join our West Branch, MI area team.\n
Primary responsibilities:\n\nMake timely and efficient deliveries between Mercantile Bank locations. This position will travel from West Branch to Fairview, Rose City, St Helen and Clare.\nMust be available to work Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm when needed. Since this is an on-call position there could be stretches when you wouldn't work at all.\n\n

Your day to day as a Courier\n
While using a company-owned vehicle safely deliver and pick-up various documents for Bank customers and internal employees between Mercantile branch locations.\n
What we're looking for in a Courier\n\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); or one to three months related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nRequires a clean driving record.\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. when necessary.\nAbility to operate a motor vehicle in all weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to ensure individuals with disabilities can perform the essential functions.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
