Job Description:

The Courier Service Specialist role includes metering, sorting, gathering, logging, and delivering of mail and packages to the appropriate parties at the client site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow guidelines and procedures for documenting, organizing, and mailing outgoing parcelsSort, organize, scan, and distribute incoming mail to client multiple times per dayEnsure that all projects have been properly produced and quality checkedMaintain mail rooms by stocking general supplies, delivering paper, and loading printers with paperDeliver large parcels including FedEx, UPS and copy paper

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED1+ year of mail or administrative work experienceAbility to lift 40 lbs. and regularly and stand, bend, push a cart for long periods of timeFine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 100lbsGood verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with ability to multitaskGood customer service skillsMust have a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to drive a Ford 450 12ft. cube truck or be willing to learn (this vehicle is only driven on the office campus)Must be able to commute to John Creek/Duluth areaHours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (In office / No remote work)

The Compensation range for this role is 13.96 to 16.50 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
