In this role, you will:

· Manage all Court and Legal order.

· Make sure all the orders are received via the approved channel and handled E2E via the appropriate workflow tool.

· Check and analyse the received orders.

· Conduct the required due diligence checks.

· Perform all the required Name screening.

· Coordinate with other departments for any required action.

· Prepare and send the letters to Authorities.

· Coordinate with the Country Legal Advisor when required.

· Prepare the periodic MIs and share the same in the appropriate Governance meetings.

· Check and update the related trackers and make sure this is up to date.

· Support FC and legal departments for name screening of the Production orders received via the generic mailbox and update the related tracker.

· Archive the physical received order as per the agreed DRRS.

· Provide a good quality of work to satisfy internal and external customers’ needs/requests while respecting our group policies and procedures.

· Maintain a good working relationship with the other department and relevant stakeholders

· To be alert to operational risks and losses during the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities
