Job Description:

Summary:

We are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates to join us in our Team in Hong Kong. The Court Recording Clerk will centrally monitor up to four courtrooms simultaneously from a remote location over the court’s network, making log-note annotations and monitoring the quality of the recording by listening to the recorded audio channel in real-time while viewing sound-level indicators of each channel. This is an entry level position with ample room for growth. 

Responsibilities:

Perform daily audio recording system health check;Maintain audio recording system to ensure all tasks are recorded;Produce details & accurate annotation for the task;Assist our client to archiving and retrieval audio records on request.Manage off-site real time court proceedings annotation with portable audio recording devices.Carry out any other duties upon the reasonable instructions from Operations Manager.Occasionally travel is required.You are required to manage off-site real time audio recording with portable audio recording devices.Dispatch confidential documents/data/records between our site in Wanchai & Admiralty.

Requirements:

HKCEE / HKDSE / HKAL (Passed in both English & Chinese Language subjects is a must);Hardworking, responsible & willing to learn;Highly motivated & able to work independently;Typing speed 40 wpm
