Coworker Experience Specialist
Summary Partners and collaborates with identified departments within Parkview Health on retention and engagement opportunities, including internal mobility (matchmaking) and co-worker assistance initiatives. Engages co-workers and leadership to understand the unique perspective of the department(s) and their priorities to improve engagement and retention at Parkview. Works closely at the co-worker and leader level to identify cultural strengths and opportunities. Analyzes data such as turnover, engagement survey information, exit interview data, transfer interview data, and other sources where co-worker feedback is obtained. Shares this data with co-workers as appropriate and solicits feedback. Conducts Focus, Exit and Stay interviews on all co-workers, and will share feedback accordingly in order to create sustainable improvements through collaboration with HR and system/department leadership. Actively engages with co-workers to ensure their voice is heard and makes recommendations for improvement and implements change based on the information obtained. Serves as the main point of contact for co-workers who have unmet social and basic needs, ensuring that Parkview is building a workplace that fosters fulfilling co-worker experiences by ensuring the co-worker’s functional well-being. Coordinates internal mobility processes to ensure the retention of qualified Parkview co-workers. Recommends retention initiatives based on analysis of short term and long term data to decrease turnover and increase engagement.   Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or other related field. Minimum of 3 years Human Resource Generalist experience required, 5 years preferred. HR experience within a Healthcare facility desired. Experience with Window applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, HRIS software experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of HR practices and functional areas. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures with thorough understanding of federal, state and local laws affecting employment practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deal tactfully with all levels of people within the organization and outside contacts. Good organizational skills and attention to details. Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in oral and written communication. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-worker and leader levels. Demonstrates behaviors and actions that support Parkview’s standards. Self-directed and self-motivated.
