The Coyote Program is seeking an Operations Lead to assist in the sustainment of 15+ CONUS/OCONUS sites regarding inventory, status of systems, and maintenance actions of both effector and platform for CUAS deployed. In addition, the Ops lead will work on program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations including, but not limited to Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, Mission Assurance, Logistics, and administrative functions. What You Will Do + Capture and track program action items and works with action owners to ensure timely satisfactorily closure of actions. + Identify and implement key OCONUS assessments and metrics for situational awareness charts and performance assessments that enable a quick OCONUS overview for program leadership teams. + Travel domestic travel as needed. + Analyzes and gathers data for the preventative and corrective maintenance for systems deployed CONUS and OCONUS. + Maintenance of technical documentation for Coyote CUAS support equipment used by the FSR’s in theater. + Develops reports and procedures for inventory control and coordinates inventory data collection reports for equipment. + Review, analyze, and resolve MX trends/failures; investigates and presents to management for reconciliation. + Manages all Coyote CUAS deployment configurations, spare material, and support equipment at each individual site. + Oversees the software/IAVA updates on all Coyote systems (AUR’s, MILDEF’s, ground systems). + Travels to engineering test events to provide support to maintain and enhance the development of engineering rapid development programs. + Develops reports, dashboards and metrics which display data into actionable insights. + Displays leadership skills with capability of motivating the team. Result orientation, analytical thinking, planning and collaboration skills. + Assists Field Service Representative (FSR) Lead to successfully provide ongoing. + sustainment support to the customer, FSR team, and leadership in the Coyote CUAS program. Qualifications You Must Have + Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience. + Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. + Experience interfacing and collaborating with multiple functions. + Experience in analyzing complex task components to enable excellent decision-making skills in a rapid development and engineering environment. + Experience working with Software Updates. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
