YOUR ROLE Install, configure, and maintain various CPE devices (routers, gateways, modems, etc.) for customers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPE devices, including connectivity, performance, and compatibility issues. Provide remote support to customers, guiding them through setup and troubleshooting processes. Analyze network performance and diagnose problems related to network configuration and CPE functionality. Work closely with other engineering and support teams to address escalated issues and ensure smooth operations. Maintain detailed records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions within the internal tracking systems. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new CPE technologies. YOUR PROFILE 2-3 years of experience in a CPE or network support role. Solid understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Hands-on experience with Linux systems and command-line tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Familiarity with various CPE devices such as routers, gateways, and modems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
