This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in curriculum development, activity planning, and academic mentorship, while fostering a safe and supportive environment for all program participants. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Assist in developing and refining curriculum. + Plan, organize, and implement engaging activities and programs. + Lead small group discussions and provide academic assistance. + Offer constructive feedback on assignments and activities. + Facilitate a welcoming environment for all summer program participants. + Create and cultivate connections with participating faculty members.
