The Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst will effectively drive supply chain activities related to customer level forecasts and operational analytics for their assigned customers. As the supply chain representative for James Hardie, the candidate will frequently interact with individuals at all levels of the customer’s organization. This will require strong communication and influencing skills. Sound judgement, relationship building, and supply chain knowledge is necessary to be successful in this role.
What You’ll Do:
Understand current processes used by the customer and understand how it influences customer demand patterns.
Partner with assigned customers to identify demand signals and develop an information flow throughout both organizations.
Develop new tools and routines which will enable the creation of a customer level demand forecast.
Lead the monthly customer forecast generation process for assigned customers.
Compile and analyze historical data considering seasonal trends, builder activity, market changes, and product offerings.
Develop a regional forecast for assigned customers using basic statistical tools and customer insights.
Support new product transitions with customers and James Hardie Commercial teams.
Communicate forecast confidence, including risks and opportunities, to relevant functional groups within both organizations.
Develop, monitor and communicate reports on forecast accuracy while driving continuous improvement.
Replenishment
Develop and maintain analytics on customer inventory performance.
Identify opportunities related to internal customer processes and propose improvements.
Develop, monitor and communicate reports on customer fulfillment rates.
Identify root cause of customer order fulfillment errors and collaborate on resolution.
Support James Hardie efforts to enhance internal on time delivery metrics.
Travel approximately 10%
What You’ll Bring:
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain or business-related field.
1-2 years relevant forecasting experience required.
Minimum 1 year of analytical or planning experience.
Minimum 1 year of customer facing experience required.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and intermediate in Excel.
Experience with SAP, IBP, APO, and Business Objects a plus.
Takes ownership of results and sets high standards for self and others.
Thrives in a cross functional and cross organizational environment.
Focused on continual improvement and best practice replication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

What You’ll Receive:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $67,300K to $84,150K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
