About the Role
多元渠道CPG 财富中心 – 渠道支持经理 （银保大单专家）岗位职责：
• 同网点职员建立良好关系，维护网点关系，达成既定的个人业绩目标；
• 组织网点培训和规划执行各类客户活动；
• 协助理财经理达成既定的业绩目标； • 开发网点高客，推动销售高价值产品和大单；
• 为网点提供客户分层管理专业意见；
• 辅导网点理财经理完成保单销售和客户服务；
• 按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作 。
任职资格：
• 本科及以上学历，形象气质佳，专业度高
•通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考（如CFP、FRM、证券基金从业资格证等）
• 具有外资/国有/私人银行、保险公司三年以上的保险销售经验及多张保单成交经验
• 熟悉金融保险业务及产品运用
• 有较强的培训能力及较强的沟通协调能力
