### About the Role
Join our Global Catalog Operations team as a CPG Catalog Ops Manager, where your primary responsibility will be leading initiatives and conducting analyses to enhance the catalogs of major CPGs across different countries.
Having comprehensive and up-to-date CPG catalogs is essential for many areas of the business, such as customer experience, promotions, and sales and campaign performance reporting, among others. CPGs (Consumer Packaged Goods) and their content are key sources of information, as they provide the most accurate and current product details.
In this role, you will ensure that the catalogs of leading CPGs meet business requirements for attribute completeness and freshness. This will involve defining KPIs, executing initiatives, and collaborating with various teams across Uber and CPG organizations.
### What You’ll Do
- Partner with commercial teams to define a CPG prioritization plan that aligns with business objectives and engagement strategies.
- Lead efforts to onboard CPGs onto the Uber platform and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with CPGs and Catalog teams to identify and model key product attributes needed for various business needs.
- Work with Catalog teams to define processes and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring full attribute coverage and freshness of CPG catalogs across all relevant merchants.
### What You'll Need
#### Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Analytical mindset: You’re a strong problem solver with a passion for critical thinking and deriving insights from data.
- Technical proficiency: You are skilled in SQL and able to work with large datasets.
- English proficiency: You are comfortable communicating with global teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: You thrive in complex projects, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Effective communicator: You’re an articulate communicator, open to new ideas, and confident in expressing your views.
#### Preferred Qualifications
- Technical proficiency: Knowledge of Python is a plus.
