Key Responsibilities:

Build, deepen, and broaden client relationships at senior executive levels in conjunction with the account managers of our clients. This will be measured through the growth of the account.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various geographies, domains, and business units, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Lead and oversee large-scale analytics programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering impactful solutions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative and scalable analytics solutions that address client challenges and drive competitive advantage.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, providing strategic guidance, and delivering insights that drive business impact.

Translate business requirements to analytical solutions and articulate analytical solutions to actionable business insights in the form of a compelling story to be shared with business stakeholders

Construct roadmaps to enable clients’ strategic vision to be realized through the power of AI, Engineering & Design, by working closely with people across levels and communicating effectively

Provide thought leadership in clients’ business planning sessions, lead proposal and statement of work (SOW) development, including defining business objectives, solution approach, scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, staffing roles, pricing, and risk mitigation

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and consulting, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the organization.


Qualifications:

10+ years of overall experience, including 6–8 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and modeling.

Strong consulting background with excellent storyboarding and design-thinking capabilities.

Strong expertise in the CPG domain with extensive work done in atleast 2 of the following areas – RGM (Revenue Growth Management), MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling), and ecommerce analytics.

Proven experience managing large client programs and engaging with C-suite executives across multiple geographies.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Business acumen to drive revenue growth and profitability; ability to articulate value propositions and structure win-win commercial deals.

Strong hands-on skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and executive presentations.

Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and Bayesian methods.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to clearly present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.

Must be open to traveling on a fortnightly basis to ensure client engagement and coverage.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $100,000 - $150,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
