We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in CABA. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for providing outstanding support to managers and employees. This role will involve handling a broad range of HR transactional activities including payroll support, training & development programs, hiring & onboarding processes, and personnel administration.

This position is a 12-month contract.

What you'll do for us:

As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support and advising employees and managers in various areas, including:

Payroll Report: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports.

Employee Administration and Labor Relations: Handle employee records and labor relations issues.

Internal Communications: Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies.

Organizational Design and Structure: Support organizational design and structure planning activities.

Recruiting & Onboarding: Facilitate recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.

Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive organizational culture and engage employees.

Wellbeing & Benefits: Coordinate wellbeing programs and employee benefits.

Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process.

Training and Development: Oversee training and development initiatives.

General HR Program/Policy Interpretation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Contract Service Workers Vendors and Requests: Manage vendor relationships and service worker contracts.

Additionally, you will support the HR strategy by:

Collaborating on the HR BP process.Suggesting proactive initiatives based on environment survey results.Assisting the HR Manager with OPEX analysis and control.Supporting the creation of an integrated communication plan.Encouraging the use of Yammer and promoting networked initiatives.Managing various transactional HR processes related to employment, benefits, HRIS, and reporting.Coordinating the Recognition Program in collaboration with Operational Excellence.Maintaining and auditing HR documents according to TCCC requirements.Reconciling expenses related to benefit plans and ensuring accurate reporting.Keeping job descriptions and evaluations up-to-date.

What are the qualifications needed:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within the CPG industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
