Craft Resources Maintenance Technician
**How You’ll Make an Impact** + Compressordisassembly, cleaning, and inspection including the accurate collectionand recording of technical inspection data for equipment repair proposals.Maintaining clear and concise daily work records and job logs. + Use ofbasic problem-solving skills in terms of gathering facts, analyzing thecause and selecting the best most accurate solution. + Maintenanceof equipment and regular daily housekeeping to ensure an organized andsafe working environment. + Responsiblefor following of all safe work practices, Siemens safety and qualitypolicies and procedures during normal daily operations. **What You Bring** + High School diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of 2 to 5 years relatedmechanical experience or combination of formal technical training and/ oron the job training preferred. + Travel as required. + The ability to routinely lift at least25 pounds, as required to perform essential functions of the position, forup to eight hours with or without reasonable accommodation. + The ability to lift up to 50 poundsperiodically, as required to perform essential functions of the position,with or without reasonable accommodation. + Ability to read and interpret equipmentmanufacturing drawings, shop sketches and equipment repair manuals andprocedures. Proficient use of common PMI's (mic's, gauges, and etc.) Workingknowledge of Siemens and or non-nameplate reciprocating, turbocompressors, & steam turbines. Good reading, writing and arithmeticskills required. A valid state driver’s license. Personal tooling andmeasuring instruments required for general machine shopuse. Basic computer and word processing skills.
