General knowledge hand and power toolsPrefer General Carpentry Work (IE hanging pictures, replacing ceiling tile, fixing cabinets, etc.)Prefer General Locksmith (IE door inspections, cutting keys, rekeying lock cylinders, etc.)Prefer Electronics knowledge to troubleshoot automatic door opener issues.Other duties as assigned
