A DAY IN THE LIFE
Supervise and direct work of subordinate construction workers in a variety of tasks, and in their development
Support Blattner’s safety program
Ensure that all operators are trained per Blattner Energy crane operations training requirements as well as holding a current accredited crane certification
Responsible for overseeing the inventory and maintenance for all hand tools, safety equipment, consumables, torque and tension tooling, tower wiring tooling, etc.
Assists Superintendents with identifying crane walk locations, ensuring procedures for walking crawler cranes are followed, being present for cross country and other crawler crane walks, auditing pre-lift analysis sheets, auditing of other Blattner Energy crane related documents and procedures
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1 year of experience supervising or working on a construction crew
Reading, writing, and comprehension skills normally acquired through completion of high school
Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

Pay Range: $39.30 - 50.11/hr -- Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
