About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Crane/Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to enhance production engineering and planning skills while working in a multi-discipline team. You will be responsible for developing effective and executable solutions to reduce asset risks, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Provide crane maintenance engineering support for onshore and offshore assets. Drive OPEX and CAPEX modifications to reduce process safety, environmental, regulatory, and financial risks. Perform Level 1-3 risk analysis using industry standards (API, ASME, AS, BS, ISO). Utilize Excel, Python, MATLAB, PV Elite, CAESAR, and ANSYS for technical analysis. Optimize maintenance strategies based on the evolving Asset Reference Plan (ARP). Deliver engineering support for planned maintenance, including MOCs and STC workpacks. Respond to engineering queries and manage mechanical-related Safety & Environmental Critical Elements (SECEs). Assist with incident investigations and ensure compliance with HSE procedures. Skills & Experience Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience, including crane expertise. Strong background in onshore and offshore overhead cranes and powered davits. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of risk identification, assessment, and management of change. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Why Join Us?
