Expected salary range of $90,900 to $101,000 varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **E03** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** Provides leadership and management of Emergency Preparedness functions, programs and processes in assigned functional area. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations. Performs advanced program development, maintenance, and planning in support of the Emergency Preparedness program. Is responsible for technical-decision making and problem solving related to emergency preparedness and response. **E02** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** Must have a good grasp of techniques and a good understanding of the fundamental functions performed by the group. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Provides leadership and in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement emergency preparedness activities and programs. + Supports the drill and exercise program by performing scheduling, scenario development, evaluation, report generation and disposition of findings. + Provide complete task management of Emergency Preparedness issues. + Provides Emergency Preparedness Management Model oversight of assigned sites. + Supports Emergency Preparedness work functions, such as drills and exercises. + All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.) **E03 - XVDC** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree (technical) with 3 years of directly applicable professional experience or 5 years of related experience OR + Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator License with 3 years of directly applicable professional experience or 5 years related experience OR + Applicable Professional certification (e.g., Licensed Operator, Certified Health Physicist, Certified Emergency Manager) with 5 years of industry experience OR + Associate's degree with 7 years of directly applicable professional experience OR + High School diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in Emergency Preparedness, Operations, Operations Training, Radiation Protection or Regulatory Affairs + Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties **E02 - XVDE** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree in technical field with 2 years of related experience OR + Applicable Professional certification (i.e., Licensed Operator, Certified Health Physicist, Certified Emergency Manager) and 4 years of industry experience OR + Associate’s Degree in technical field with 4 years of related experience OR + High School/GED with 6 years of related experience + Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** 5 years of site experience in Emergency Preparedness, Licensing, Training, Offsite Dose Calculation Manual Chemistry, Operations and/or Radiation Protection Constellation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and employees or applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to: age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
