Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Crane Operator in Pheonix, AZ. The Crane Operator will be responsible for operating a 75 Ton Hydraulic RT crane at a cement terminal to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crane operations, safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-Day Duties: 1. Operate Cranes: Safely operate different types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes, to lift, move, and position materials and equipment. 2. Inspect Equipment: Conduct daily inspections of cranes and related equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team. 3. Load and Unload Materials: Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks, ships, or other transport vehicles. 4. Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. 5. Coordinate with Team: Work closely with other team members, including riggers, signalers, and site supervisors, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 6. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of crane operations, including load weights, distances moved, and any incidents or issues encountered. 7. Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on cranes, such as lubricating parts, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn components. 8. Assist with Site Preparation: Help prepare the worksite by setting up barriers, signage, and other safety measures.
