Crane Operator

Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Proficiently maneuver various types of cranes (e.g. mobile crane, crawler crane, aerial Crane, overhead cranes) + Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on cranes to ensure they are in safe working condition + Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards to prevent accidents and injuries + Effectively communicate with signalers and other crew members to ensure safe operations + Maintain accurate records of operations, including weight load and incidents **Qualifications:** + Valid Crane Operator Certification from an accredited organization (NCCCO,NCCER) and completion of a crane operator training program that includes both classroom and hands-on instruction + Ability to judge distances and understand the spatial relationship of objects + Precision in following safety protocols and operational guidelines + Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during crane operation + Basic understanding of crane mechanics for maintenance and troubleshooting TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
