We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mobile Crane Operator Foreman to join our team! In this role you will get to support the delivery of a custom designed residences as part of our Family Housing Replacement Project in Kwajalein, RMI. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Operate mobile crane to lift, move, position and place materials/equipment as required. + Work closely with the project superintendent and field team in assisting with the delivery and placement of onsite batched marine grade concrete and other associated materials & equipment around site while promoting and complying with all OSHA, and EM385-1-1 safety procedures and policies. + Ability to read and interpret plans & specifications to understand the requirements of the project construction activities requiring crane support. + Review and provide recommendations towards acceptance of Crane Critical Lift Plans. + Ensure adherence to all required Project Safety policies. + Review and provide recommendations towards acceptance of Crane Critical Lift Plans. + Ensure safe work operations of the equipment and full compliance to operating procedures. + Receive direction for the day-to-day operations work schedule. + Do pre-& post inspection check-up of the equipment and write/keep equipment log. + Responsible for and/or assists in fueling and filling all the fluids in the equipment to the correct operating level. + Assists in general equipment maintenance work and maintain tidiness of the equipment. + Prepare and submit the necessary required daily reports as directed. + Perform other functions as may be directed from time to time by the Project Superintendent. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + NCCCO Certification for safe operation of construction lifting and handling equipment to include 110, 120, 130, 140, and/or 160-ton telescoping boom cranes. + At least 5+ years of safe operation of crane experience in the construction of d concrete construction of single story and multi-story structures required. + Resume to include at least 3 completed similar single story multi-story vertical and industrial projects. + Excellent oral communication skills with close attention to detail. + Experience working as part of a team while maintaining a safe working environment. + Prior experience with federal projects a plus. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Current Certifications from NCCO. + Crosby Rigger Level 2 certification desired. + Ability to adapt to isolated tropical setting with harsh highly corrosive environment. + Able to work extended hours when required to meet project schedule requirements. + Comfortable living in a 10ft. x 20ft. containerized housing unit with individual restroom. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
