We are currently accepting applications for Table Games Dealer. **Responsibilities** + Ideal applicant must be committed to providing exceptional guest service. + Must be able to deal Craps and additional Table Games such as Roulette, Pai-Gow, Black-Jack and Baccarat are also a plus! + Be a reliable Team Member and show up to assigned shifts. + Be a reliable team player and accept coaching on a positive manner. + Be able to capture new guests by promoting the Monarch Rewards Card. + Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. + Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills + Other duties as assigned my management. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear.
