CRB Broker and Client Service Manager
The Role 
The CRB Broking & Client Service Manager position is a highly-collaborative role that is heavily focused on client service across many industry segments.  Specialist of dedicated business lines, addicted to Industry Working Group approach and connections. The position requires the ability to manage all day-to-day broking and client service activities on accounts plus support other Senior Brokers and Regional Leaders on the most complex accounts. The colleague is also ready to develop services with professional advices, looking for innovation which could support sales for local and international clients. Able to manage the most complex risk management and insurance program questions, experienced broker professional.
 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Key client management: professional broking, network programs, local client management IWG coordination and professional partnerships Innovation on services and market products Proactive cross-sales actions Stimulate revenue growth and meet business objectives by placing new and renewal business, improving retention rates, managing commission rates and utilizing group resources Seek adequacy of coverage and competitive rates for clients and prospects Negotiate terms for accounts and provide property expertise for difficult to place business Provides coverage and program design advice and expertise to Client Advocate and Production Team Provides knowledge to Client Advocates or Producers about markets and products  Prepares submission/coverage specifications and submits proposals to carriers for quotes Receives quotes from carriers and negotiates for the best program for clients, provides coverage comparison Communicates with Client Advocate or production team regarding program improvements and recommendations Preparation and finalization of Carrier and Client quotes & coverage confirmations to ensure contract certainty Assists as technical resource for younger placement brokers Proper usuage of broking systems Following WTW compliance and broking guidelines Focus on cross-selling business opportunities, understanding of the insurance market CRM system management, Broking system daily management Supporting other lines of business in case of cooperation needed

The Requirements 

Insurance broker’s license required5+ years’ experience in the fieldCollege degree preferredTechnical knowledge of insurance contracts/structureKnowledge and understanding of global marketplaceCompliance and quality management expertiseComputer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookComputer system skills; ability to work within agency management systems Ability to provide expert, in depth advice to client resulting in overall client satisfactionSkilled at interfacing with customersStrong presentation and communication skills in English and HungarianSupport nationally based relationships with carriers and clients Energetic and proactive attitude to grow the businessSpecial professional experience in definite lines of businesses within CRB
