HEYDUDE is looking for its next go-to, a Creative Asset Specialist!

This position sits on the Marketing Creative team, reporting to the Director of Global Creative. This role will work cross-functionally amongst the marketing team to ensure all assets are organized in a timely manner and easily accessible to the appropriate parties. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, who is flexible, organized, and enjoys creating streamlined and simple process.
Someone who can bring outstanding organization to the creative team is going to be a team MVP!

What You'll Do You will build and maintain a creative asset library that will be used by Brand Creatives across the Globe.  Handle the workflow of imagery for retouching with outside vendors. You will send weekly asset library communication to global partners. Organize brand imagery on the internal server. Content hub management: uploading, metadata, folder structure, organization of content. Traffic creative approval of footwear PDP imagery from the in-house team. Track the status of footwear PDP imagery. Act as a technical guide in file management and software for a fast-paced growing business. Ensure efficiency and workflow of brand content. Classify data assets to ensure inclusion within legal, privacy regulation workflow. Identify owners of data assets/blocking issue paths and ensuring processes are in place to follow data-related policies. Partner with teams to ensure their awareness instructions on resources. What You'll Bring to the Table 3+ years of proven experience in asset management or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in file management software and tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Light photo retouching and video editing skills are a bonus but not a must. A collaborative team player who is flexible, organized, and proactive. Someone who can bring outstanding organization to the creative team.

Title: Creative Asset Specialist 

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $78,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
